Aging-in-place project for a Bronx tenant household. Drawings done; need a NY-licensed architect to review and stamp. Modest budget.

Tenant household in the Bronx is installing a stair chairlift for an aging parent. The chairlift vendor's drawings have been done; the housing department wants them reviewed and stamped by a NY-licensed architect before issuing the permit.

What we need: a licensed architect to do a permit-review stamp on the existing drawings. Should be a few hours of review, not a full design engagement.

We have a modest budget (~$400 — community-raised) and can also offer the option of being credited as the consulting architect on a case the family would like to be visible.

Time-sensitive: parent moves home in 6 weeks.
